How are we doing? OCDE seeks stakeholder feedback

The Orange County Department of Education wants to hear from you.

ODCE is inviting educators, students, parents and other stakeholders from across the county to give feedback on its programs and services by taking this brief online survey by Dec. 31.

illustrated hands raisedEach year, the department issues its Stakeholder Survey to help identify organizational strengths and opportunities to enhance its services. Most of this year’s prompts are tied to a Strategic Plan that outlines OCDE’s vision, mission and values, along with eight strategic priorities. Six questions address the COVID-19 pandemic.

Once you get started, you can take a break and return anytime within 48 hours using the same browser.

Along with providing direct educational services and support for some of the county’s most vulnerable populations, OCDE supports local school districts with services necessary for their operations, including professional development, high-speed internet access and security, legal and fiscal guidance, payroll services and student enrichment.

All survey responses will be safeguarded and confidentially reviewed by the department’s Evaluation, Assessment & Data Center to drive continuous improvement efforts. Again, the deadline is New Year’s Eve.
