We recently shared a few strategies to avoid summer learning loss, so now let’s take a look at a particularly fun community event that would aid in this effort.
Let’s start with free food. Because who doesn’t like free food?
Garden Grove Chapman Library is serving free lunch for everyone 18 years old and younger Monday through Thursday through Aug. 4. During lunch, the library is set to host fun and educational events.
Additionally, the library will offer story time before lunch beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and special events after lunch beginning at 2 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays.
