VIDEO: It’s boys versus girls in Arroyo Elementary’s ‘Lemonade Wars,’ but charity always wins

Lemonade consists of lemons, sugar and water. But at Arroyo Elementary School in Tustin, lemonade means much more.

Inspired by the book “The Lemonade War,”Arroyo’s Lemonade Wars is an annual competition between the boys and the girls to see which group can sell the most lemonade to benefit the students’ pre-designated charities.

This year’s event raised more than $1,000 in total, but who came out on top? Watch the video to find out.
