The Tustin Unified School District will be one of four Orange County districts to formally kick off the 2016-17 school year on Monday, welcoming approximately 24,000 students to its 29 campuses.

For our latest edition of “OC District Pulse,” we caught up with TUSD Superintendent Dr. Gregory Franklin to learn more about Tustin, including the district’s focus on student achievement, the vision of its school board, the staff’s efforts to promote higher-order thinking and the TUSD Connect initiative.
