And just like that, summer is coming to an end.
This week marks the start of a new school year for students in the Anaheim Elementary, Anaheim Union, Centralia, Savana and Tustin Unified school districts.
And while August has become the official start of the new year for most of the county’s 28 school districts, students in districts like Westminster, Huntington Beach City and Ocean View still have a few more weeks to enjoy summer break.
Here’s a rundown of all school start dates in Orange County for the 2021-22 academic year. Note that these only apply to schools on the traditional calendar. For year-round start dates, be sure to check your local district’s website.
