VIDEO: A quick trip to Starbucks leads to the ultimate act of kindness

Catherine Pearlman casually spotted the flier on a bulletin board inside a Starbucks. It was written by a woman who was desperately searching for a kidney donor for her husband.

Pearlman noticed that his blood type matched her own.

“I could just tell in this flier that this person was loved,” she said. “I mean, the woman who wrote it, you could see she loved this man so much, and how important he was.”

What followed is one of the most unique and profound acts of kindness we’ve seen since OCDE launched its One Billion Acts of Kindness initiative in 2016.
