As we’ve mentioned previously, the California School Dashboard was designed to offer parents, educators and the community a comprehensive look at how K-12 schools and their districts are performing.
But what happens when Dashboard results show a school or district needs a little extra help?

Our Media Services team produced this brief video to explain the system and its capacity to help schools and district improve through customized assistance.
Want to drill a little deeper into the state’s process for supporting schools and districts? We’d encourage you to check out the third episode of the CA School Field Trip podcast, which focuses on efforts to buoy foster youth in the Anaheim Elementary School District.
