Job seekers interested in working in public education will have the opportunity to meet hiring representatives from school districts across Orange County at the OCDE Career Fair on March 31.
Hosted by the Orange County Department of Education, the event will take place from 3 to 7 p.m. at the OCDE Conference Center, 200 Kalmus Drive, Building D, in Costa Mesa.
The countywide hiring event will bring school districts together in one location, allowing candidates to explore multiple career pathways in Orange County’s TK–12 public school systems during a single visit. Attendees will be able to meet hiring teams face-to-face, learn about current openings across the county, explore district programs and workplace culture, and take next steps toward a career in public education.
The career fair is designed for individuals exploring their first role in education, seeking career advancement or considering a career change. Opportunities are anticipated to include certificated, classified, substitute, management and leadership positions.
Represented roles may span clerical and administrative services; custodial and maintenance services; food and nutrition services; health and student services; paraprofessional services; security services; skilled trades; technical services; transportation services; certificated teaching positions; and classified and certificated management roles.
